Christmas For Misses Free Video Program

Hi young ladies,

At Christmas, we all eat too much good and tasty foods (including you and me). If you learn and use the method I will show you inside my free video program, you will avoid gaining weight after Christmas without avoiding all that delicious food that you love. I can already tell you will feel more energized before Christmas by losing only 10 pounds in 5 weeks by exercising at home. Everything we do in this training is going to be natural.

The greatest thing on top of that is you're not going to gain as much weight as you're used to do at Christmas if you take this training. This is done only by creating two or three good habits that don't take a lot of time.

We don't either will focus on something boring for women. A lot of people don't like to do jogging, so we will not do it. If you like jogging, of course don't stop! It is a great sport. Everything here is going to be fun for everyone.

Their is a lot of studies about losing weight those days and they discovered something really interesting. Since many times, we though the only way to lose weight was cardio exercises and eating better. However, now we know that muscle exercises are also really good because when our muscle tissues repair after being sore, it makes you lose a lot of calories for at least 2 days. Mixing both is a great idea and it is what I'm going to teach you in this training.

To lose 10 pounds in 5 weeks before Christmas, we will mainly focus on muscle exercises and developing some good habits for food. We can cheat a lot at Christmas of course, don't worry.

As a karate teacher since many years, I have a good background to work those muscles. I can tell you a part of your body will be sore after each training. What doesn't kill you makes you stronger.

Here is how the training program is scheduled. We will start Sunday, October 10th, but I will also include a video introduction next Sunday, October 3rd.

Every Sunday, we will have a video session about all the theory you will apply for at least 4 times in the week. Every time, it takes around 20 minutes and you can do it at the morning or when you want. But keep this time scheduled inside your calendar. If you're dedicated, you can do more.

Every Wednesday, I will give a video session with motivation speech and some reminders. I will also give a lot of answers to questions I received by e-mail or comments.

If you're really motivated, I can help you even further. I will give 1 phone session free of 45 minutes, offer limited to 10 sessions, and I will make sure you will succeed and I will answer all your questions.
